1. Acceptance

By accessing toolkithemlockhub.click or engaging Toolkithemlockhub Mining Review Co. for assessment services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website or our services.

2. Services described

We provide independent mining hardware assessments including thermal profiling, hashrate verification, colocation readiness audits, and equipment comparison reports. Services are delivered by written report, email consultation, and on-site visits as quoted.

3. Quotes and scheduling

All lab and field work is scheduled after written quote acceptance. Prices on the website are informational; binding fees appear on your invoice or quote document.

4. Client responsibilities

You must provide accurate hardware specifications, shipping details, and farm constraints. You are responsible for shipping insurance, import compliance, and safe packaging of miners sent to our lab.

5. Reports and intellectual property

Assessment reports are licensed to you for internal operational use. You may share reports with colocation partners and financiers involved in your hosting decision. You may not republish reports publicly or resell them without written permission.

Our methodologies, report templates, and website content remain our intellectual property.

6. Accuracy and limitations

Reports reflect conditions during the test window. We do not guarantee future farm performance, pool profitability, or hardware reliability after assessment. Thermal scores apply to the firmware, cooling configuration, and ambient range documented in the report.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South Korean law, our liability for any claim arising from assessments is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses including hosting downtime, lost mining revenue, or contract disputes with third-party farms.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Toolkithemlockhub Mining Review Co. against claims arising from your misuse of reports, unsafe hardware modifications, or violation of colocation contracts.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Jeonju, South Korea, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require a different venue.

10. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Material changes apply to new engagements after the posting date.
