Client Reports

Voices from the field

These accounts come from clients who commissioned assessments before sending hardware to colocation. Names and locations are used with permission.

We shipped six refurbished S19-class units for assessment before signing a Jeonju colocation contract. The thermal report showed one chassis ran 4°C hotter than the batch average — enough to shift it to an end-of-row slot instead of middle density.

— Min-jun Park, small-scale hosting client, Gyeonggi

The write-up was thorough on power draw curves. I wished the noise section had more detail on fan replacement options, but the hashrate verification alone saved us from a bad bulk purchase.

— Hye-won Cho, farm operations, Jeonju

Their colocation readiness audit flagged an aisle width issue our farm partner had glossed over. We renegotiated rack positions before install day rather than after overheating alarms.

Extended project: Mixed fleet placement

A Busan operator sent three different ASIC models for an equipment comparison brief before expanding into a second hosted aisle. Our matrix showed the middle unit produced 18% more heat per TH/s than the others. They reordered the aisle so the hottest chassis sat at the end with direct exhaust clearance, and reported stable temperatures through the following summer.

Extended project: Pre-contract thermal gate

A first-time hosting client in Jeonju used hashrate verification on four used units bought at auction. Two failed the 0.05 TH/s sustained gate under farm ambient simulation. They returned those units to the seller and commissioned full thermal assessments only on the passing pair — avoiding a hosting deposit on hardware that would have underperformed in shared racks.
