Refund Policy
Overview
This policy covers refunds and cancellations for assessment services booked with Toolkithemlockhub Mining Review Co. We do not sell hardware or software subscriptions; all fees relate to lab testing, field audits, and written reports.
Deposit and invoicing
On-site colocation audits and large fleet projects require a 30% deposit to schedule. Standard per-unit lab assessments are invoiced after report delivery unless otherwise quoted.
Cancellation by client
More than 7 business days before scheduled lab date — Full refund of any deposit paid, or no invoice if work has not started.
3–7 business days before scheduled lab date — 50% of quoted lab fee retained to cover reserved bench time.
Less than 3 business days before scheduled lab date — Full quoted lab fee due if hardware has been received or travel is booked for on-site work.
Cancellation by Toolkithemlockhub
If we cancel due to lab equipment failure or staff emergency, you receive a full refund of deposits or may reschedule at no extra cost.
After work has started
Once bench logging or on-site inspection begins, fees are non-refundable because probe time, travel, and analyst hours are committed. If we cannot complete a test due to unsafe hardware you supplied (electrical fault, fire risk), partial fees apply for time spent and you receive documentation of the abort reason.
Report disputes
If you believe a report contains a factual error in logged data, contact us within fourteen days. We will review raw logs at no charge. Corrections are issued as amended report pages. Disputes about placement opinions do not qualify for refunds if methodology was followed and documented.
Non-refundable items
- Shipping costs for hardware to and from our lab
- Third-party courier or customs charges
- Heatsink cleaning beyond light dust removal when quoted in advance
- Travel and lodging for on-site audits once the visit day begins
- Deposits after the cancellation windows above
Refund method
Approved refunds are returned to the original bank account within fourteen business days in Korean won.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule is permitted if requested at least 5 business days before the original lab date. Additional reschedules may incur a ₩50,000 administrative fee.
No-shows
If you miss a scheduled intake call twice without notice, we may cancel the booking and retain any deposit.
